The long haul to Suzhou

A 12 hour flight to Beijing, just enough layover to navigate Chinese customs with all the camera equipment, another 2 hour flight to Shanghai, then a 1 hour bus ride to Suzhou! A marathon day, finally collapsing into my lovely hotel room “last night” at roughly 8am body-click time, 1 am local time.

I can’t wait to explore the city today! We’ll be exploring the city shooting “B-roll” footage–all those background shots of lights, people crossing streets, general background images.
